Well, this issue is very nasty i know, but can be fixed very easy by downloading this directx updater and also if is not working, you need to update your audio / sound driver. How to do that ?

1. You need to know your sound card name / manufacturer

2. You must uninstall current audio driver, restart you device and then install updated version
