Other Issue / Problems

1. The Crew 0x70000093 - the crew Cant Connect Error

Fix for this: Restart your internet connection ! How to do that ? unplug your router or modem for 10 seconds, exit video game.

Plug in internet connection and play the game now !

2. Slow / Low Performance, low fps (framerate) or is running like in slow motion and stuttering for Nvidia GeForce video cards for PC or Laptops

Fix for this: For laptops, learn here (for Nvidia GeForce) and here (AMD Radeon) how to play with dedicated video card and download optimized graphics driver.

For PC, you need to learn how to uninstall your current driver and install latest optimized driver for The Crew (same as laptops)

3. What to do if the game isnt Launching at all ?

Run video game with Administrator right (see here) or be sure that have latest graphics driver installed (see above for nvidia, amd or intel hd graphics)

4. Game Stuck on loading screen ? or game is crashing to desktop ?

For Steam players :

First, open steam and verify game cache (see image example) and if you have other type of installation instead of Steam, restart your device and try again. If is not working, try to uninstall game, then defragment your hard drive with this and then install the crew again.

For Non steam players / users

You must download this software and you can defrag only the video game if you want.

Or you can degragment entire hard disk with windows defrag ..this is not a problem.
