Salt and Sanctuary for PC / Windows is finaly released ! You have problem starting the game like: steam_api.dll or Steamworks.NET.dll or ContentLibrary.dll or SteamworksNative.dll is missing or corrupted ? How to fix this error if downloaded tools from above din`t helped you:

1. Your antivirus is blocking game installer

Fix: Turn off antivirus while installing video game

2. Downloaded game archive is damaged and you need to Verify Integrity of Game Cache from Steam !
